From a technical stand point, I prefer to work on a BrightHouse System. Not because BrightHouse is Faster (They are) but because there use of standard protocols & support. I can quickly hook up a BrightHouse network compared to Verizon.

                     Recently I walked out of a Verizon Install. The Philippine Support was ridiculous. I find Verizon to be very slow to respond and have very substandard support. Verizon uses a combination of scrabbled together networks (DHCP, PPOE) with NO conformity. Verizon’s on their own, that’s why they put you under contract.

                     I don’t like BrightHouse as a company, there pretty scummy. But when I need to hook up a professional network quickly & securely, BrightHouse is the Best. Knology is good but blocking port 80 is ridiculous. That’s a cheap fix Knology, also get more competent help.

Ohhh, BrightHouse Support is LOCAL, NO Fred from India !!!!!
