I rarely comment badly about a company, but Verizon is the exception. Verizon’s service in Florida is so poor the State of Florida Fined them Millions of Dollars because of there service lapses. 3 weeks ago a client asked the Verizon Telephone Repairman who he recommended for high speed internet. His answer: Anybody but Verizon. Yesterday I’m doing a wireless network job. The service person promised to call right back after resetting there modem. You guessed it, NO CALL FROM VERIZON.

 

This company is losing clients quickly with no end in sight . I’m thinking of charging double for Verizon wireless installations. It always takes double or triple the time compared to Brighthouse or Knology. My recommendation: Run from Verizon. This company will do nothing but SCREW you & your wallet.

             Working with the various cable and DSL Companies, BrightHouse comes out the best yearly. There support staff is always cheerful and competent. The best thing, I can understand them. Brighthouse Cable may charge a bit more, but there service makes up for it.
