I’m seeing some encryption issues in the internet explorer 7 browsers. If your browser keeps crashing, Mozilla is a good substitute. Your browser is the program that allows you to see the internet pages instead of just files & directories. Browsers take abuse, and get corrupted. Add-ons (little programs that allow for specific types of content interaction, (Flash, Java)) also corrupt the browser.

                                              Microsoft still writes the best software code and as Mac’s start to gain users, you’ll know how good Microsoft is. Microsoft’s ability to overcome any software problems will be evident when IE8 comes out.

                                                             A common problem with Win98 and ME was the OS eating itself. A term meaning a degradation of the program thru loss of dlls (little programs inside the big program). I'm seeing this in Windows XP Computers. System File Scan can fix some of this. A repair install fixes most of the problems, but a new install is the only perfect way to fix this problem. Loss of dlls occurs when the computer is improperly shut down, other programs being installed, etc.

The only work around is reinstalling the programs or living with the limited functionality of the program.

Who was responsible 2 weeks ago for slipping the Microsoft Indexing tool in to the regular Microsoft updates? Just slip it in an nobody knows? That’s one way to beat Googles Desktop Search program. Was that why one of the big shots got fired? I  Missed IE7 in the automatic updates a month ago. Microsoft left it out for about a month.

Microsoft should have a patch to revert Office 2007 BACK to the Office 2003 GUI. What a nonworkable mess. Does anyone out there like office 2007????
